If you've been around here for any length of time, you know how much I absolutely love journaling! I believe in its power and in its healing as well as the perspective and awareness that comes from this practice. In this episode, I am sharing five benefits of putting journaling into your routine and then to top it all off... I am giving you my best tips on how to get started if you've never journaled before or maybe fallen a bit rusty in the practice.
Journaling reduces clutter in your heart and mind so your creativity and productivity can flourish
Journaling makes your goals concrete with clear concepts and ideas of how to reach them
Journaling brings to mind the lessons life’s circumstances are teaching you and helps you to learn more about yourself in these situations
Journaling develops self-improvement with better mindsets, perspectives and positivity
Journaling creates a story of your growth and a track record of your journey
